| DeadYeti1 User Info... | Wow, it seems like this one wasn't advertised very well. We showed up at 7:40 expecting a at the door ticket line. We were shocked to see maybe 200 people at Alix Goolden. This was definatley for the better. The Kurt Elling quartet proved once again why they are one of the most reknowned jazz groups out there. I was especially pleased to hear that the show was a "preview" of the upcoming album which is experiencing delays. I don't really know much about scat, but damn, does that man fly. I couldn't complain about this one if I tried. BTW: Waiting on the ribbing for going to this show! lol - Fri, 23 Feb 2007 6:56pm | ||
