Brenda Morie in the fathom lounge
Brenda’s rich, melodic voice evokes comparisons to Nancy Wilson of “Heart,” drawing listeners into waves of rhythm, color, and feeling. On jazz flute, her percussive, staccato style reflects influences from lead guitarists, Herbie Mann, and Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull. In Canada, Brenda gained recognition through TV appearances with Tommy Banks and performances with Amos Garrett and Ian Tyson before taking her music international. Awarded the Canadian National Arts Council Grant, she spent 15 years in Los Angeles, touring with Nancy Sinatra and performing for 50,000 at Dodger Stadium. Brenda has co-written Billboard-charting CDs with Grammy-nominated Doobie Brother drummer Chet McCracken and lent her voice and flute to films like Skyline. Now back in Canada, Brenda performs across genres, composes for film, and continues to share her versatile artistry.
For physical events that happen at a specific time. For example a concert, or dance performance. If there are multiple shows, you can still duplicate your event to cover them all.
