| Dan Conner User Info... | A cabinet is a big "box of speakers" with no knobby control things. You would need a bass amp HEAD (it has all the knobby things and really "creates" the sound, the cab just runs it) to run your guitar into the cabinet. For what you are doing, you probably are wanting a 60-100 watt bass combo amp. A combo is like a built in head and small cabinet, usually with a few smaller speakers, good for practicing, jamming, or small gigs. I belive thats right :D Dan Conner - Mon, 13 Oct 2003 8:06am | ||
| pierce User Info... | I have a bass cabinet for sale,,,Yorkville 2x10" speakers. Thats a box with 2 10 inch speakers in it. I will sell for 275$ firm! Let me know. | Dan Conner User Info... | Hmm... Save up a bit more, ther is a shitty but usable bass starter pack down at Schlong and McQueer for like $350 or $400... Guitar, amp, tuner, video, picks, etc..
