| colin sic User Info... | Actually most SG's that people think are from the sixties turn out to be from the seventies because gibson doubled up on the serial numbers. There are some features though that set therm apart. I.E SG'S from the 70'S look cheap in comparison to there 60's counterparts. EXAMPLE check out a really sweet 63 sg custom with gold hardware and three pick ups and then check out one from the 70's. The one from the seventies is gonna have this lame pickguard on the front that is around the volume knobs. I have no pics but take my word it is ugly. - Wed, 18 Aug 2004 9:52am | ||
