_Griphin_ User Info... | *cry* and I'm in the market for a JagStang (minimum wage sucks!!!). Say, what's the difference between the original and re-issue?!? I'm just learning how to play, so I dunno if I'd be interested in spending a lot of money, although Fender gear never depreciates in value. - Tue, 8 Jun 2004 7:07pm
cooper User Info... | Everything is still for sale. These are some great items people! Make me an offer! - Mon, 14 Jun 2004 10:25am
cooper User Info... | ![]() Mine is "Made in Japan" (MIJ) and I believe the new one is "Crafted in Japan" (CIJ). Have no idea what the difference is. I don't think the original will depreciate much in value because originals are always sought after more than reissues. And it's got the "Designed by Kurt Cobain" and "Fender 50th Anniversary" decals on the back, so that will probably mean something to somebody if you're looking to resell it years from now. As a side note, a store in Toronto is selling a used one for $795. Plus taxes, you're dropping $850 not including case or gigbag. I should have added that I'm including a nice padded gigbag with mine... Here it is for those of you who can't be bothered with clicking a link: - Thu, 17 Jun 2004 11:12am
