| moron User Info... | Howdy. I am looking to rent use of a decent miniDV camcorder for the 3rd Annual Noise! Festival taking place here in Victoria in Saturday, May 29th. The camera has to be able to handle low light at least marginally well (since lighting will mostly be from video and slide projection) and have an external power supply since the event is far too long to run from batteries. The plan is to set the camera up in a fixed location and then just feed it tapes until the night is over. I've lived here for fucking forever, have a steady job, can provide references and am easy to find regardless so I am a reputable person to be renting your gear to. I just don't want to drop $1100+ just to be able to record this event. I would prefer to trade free entrance and personal grovelling but if that won't do it, please drop me a note letting me know what you want in remuneration for use of your camera on May 29th. | Rob User Info... | You know what works great? Buying shit from staples/future shop type places and returning it a few weeks later. Did it with a canon printer, and printed all the pictures from my hard drive/digi cam, then returned it and wasnt even charged for the ink used. - Wed, 19 May 2004 3:17pm | ||
