| 13 Flames User Info... | Bands don't need to have a permit they need to have insurance.The club is the one who needs the permit(or special event permit) for the pyro. I think the bottem line with this one is thier pyro guy dosn't do it every night and didn't notice the ceiling was not fire resistant (read article) .Unfortunate but also unprofessional.Zimmer's Hole uses lots of pyro and are very professional walked through bar with me to look at the surrounding s toned down the show a bit as Ingy has a low cieling .I think this is misfortunate for the people involved as I don't think they would want this to happen at any level.Pyro is a awesome part of any metal show and after all it is all about the FLAMES!!!!! dk13 - Fri, 21 Feb 2003 6:38pm | ||

| SGFBC | On all the news channels, it says that someone from the tour must be a licensed pyrotechnician AND have a permit from the fire station to put on pyros. Great White had no licensed pyrotechnican and no permit. Plus they are being charged with using pyro without the club owners permission. | A Word of Warning | Apparently there were four fire exits from the club, but sadly, most of the customers weren't even aware of three of them. A WORD OF WARNING: When you go to a club... It seriously looked like something out of a cartoon, all these people so crammed into the doorway they couldn't get out. I am really surprised that only a few people thought of the 'fire' exit doors. | stank ass | I don't really think there's much to laugh about this situation. 96 people all under the age of 40 died a horribly painful death. Yeah. Real funny. If Great White came to our island, I'd probably go for novelty's sake. The situation also hits close to home for me because my friend wrote me today saying how he was going to go to the show with his two friend -who are now missing- but couldn't make it because of work.
