| Curmudgeon Rocker User Info... | A.S.A.P.: - We live in a house, north Shelbourne, out towards Mt. Doug. I think Kenmore is the closest intersecting street. - $350.00 a month plus 1/4 bills, which roughly works out to a total of $500.00/month. (in winter, with oil heating consumption, closer to 550-575, and in summer, around 450-475.) - on bus route. A couple of Golden Rules: - on working nights (Sun.-Thur.) the household is fucking PIN-DROP quiet by midnight. - the kitchen and can has to be kept muthafuckin' SPOTLESS after EACH and EVERY time either is used. - rent and bills WILL be paid on time. ABSOLUTELY NO FUCKING EXCEPTIONS to this. (Are you a flake? Then fuck-off, then, and stop wasting both our times.) Failure to comply will incur my wrath. You don't want that. Period.
