| Matteus User Info... | I am going to Rwanda in May to shoot a documentary about how people are using art to help recover from post traumatic stress disorder incurred from the genocide over a decade ago. I am applying for grants to do this but would like your help on this "way out there" grant that is based on popular vote. You can vote everyday but this first round is key.
