Ten Strings And A Bow

Ten Strings and a Bow is a unique guitar & 'cello duo, based out of Nanaimo, BC., featuring Kathy Stacey on 'cello.

Their repertoire includes works from the Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Contemporary eras. The performances also highlight various traditional and Celtic pieces, as well as some modern compositions. In the absence of classical pieces composed specifically for 'cello and guitar, their arrangements have stemmed from symphonies, string quartets, harpsichord and piano pieces, as well as 'cello sonatas and solo guitar pieces
