Opening Act: Malakai
Malakai is an emerging folk artist hailing from the unceded Quw’utsun territory of Vancouver Island. At 16 years old, Malakai sings with a soul surprising in one so young. Celebrated for his use of alternative tunings, harmonics and unique chord progressions, Malakai’s distinct instrumentation sculpts emotion.
