Event Description
Honky Tonk Tuesdays in Fernwood is a new recurring dance event hosted by local performers and featured guest artists at every show. **Our goal is to make this a monthly event!**
Grab a partner and shine your boots for an old-school country dance with local all-stars Elise LeBlanc and Cluny Macpherson, backed by Tyler Lieb pedal steel, and Big Daddy Bo on upright bass. Special guests TBA!
Learn to two-step with us at 7PM! **Beginner dancers welcome- we’ll teach you the steps!**
Step back in time to the Golden Age of Country & Western. Our hosts will keep you dancin' and singin' along all night to classics by Buck Owens, Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, and more! Plus - their own lively originals! (Fans of Sierra Ferrell and Colter Wall are sure to enjoy!)

Elise LeBlanc (She/They) is bound to break your heart with toe-tappin' classics and lively, original Queer country bangers. Their latest record ‘The Fiddle & The Fire' was named on Bandcamp's top 10 Best Country Records (11/24). Covers include Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, Cindy Walker, and more.

Cluny MacPherson is a long-time regular in the Van. Isle honky-tonk scene, and has been hosting sold-out country dances with his band Sweet Buddies since 2015. Cluny’s set will keep you grinnin' with plenty of rowdy standards by George Jones, Hank Williams and Buck Owens, plus an original or two from his latest record “Instant Classics”.
