Moontricks makes their highly anticipated return to Victoria with special guests MIINA. Hot off a North American tour that saw them perform on acclaimed festival stages including Electric Forest, Envision, Texas Eclipse, Lightning In A Bottle, Shambhala, Rifflandia Vancouver Folk Festival, Winnipeg Folk Festival, and many more, Mooontricks touch down in Victoria in April for their debut-performance at the iconic Royal Theatre.

Based in the rustic Kootenay mountains of Western Canada, Nathan Gurley and Sean Rodman of nationally renowned electro-folk duo Moontricks draw inspiration from the ongoing cycles of the natural world. Their dynamic sound blends soulful, gritty blues and folk, with boot-stomping bass and intricate electronic production.

Since the release of their debut album Currents, Moontricks has reached over 60 million streams. In 2023, the duo was featured on Amazon Prime and PBS's 'Bands of Enchantment,' and their tracks have been licensed by networks like Netflix and Fox Sports. Known for their high-energy live performances - which feature a rotating assortment of guitar, keys, banjo, and vocals accented with original electronic elements - Moontricks brings a technicolor campfire vibe to audiences around the world.
