Second City Toronto and Edinburgh Fringe veteran Kevin Matviw (JFL Toronto, Best of Second City) is joining forces with some of Victoria's best improv comedians to launch Garden City Improv: New Years Eve!

Ring in the new year with laughs, music and a fully improvised show tailored just for you, based on audience suggestions.
