A Brief History of Humanity in Ten Foods | Presented by Dr. Rachel Hope Cleves
As George Orwell once put it, “A human being is primarily a bag for putting food into.” Eating is so ubiquitous and biological that it may seem to fall outside of history. This talk will demonstrate otherwise, highlighting a series of moments in time when food history transformed the world.
