Event Description

This is an invitation for you to stop by the current exhibit, HOLD, at Galley Splash in Esquimalt Town Square (right beside the Esquimalt Public Library entrance) between now and February 5th. Open everyday early morning until early evening. Textile and photographic work on display.

Saturday, January 20 - 10am-2pm for our opening/meet the artists time.

Hold is the work of three artists who connected over textiles and learning at Vancouver Island School of Art. It asks questions about what we hold and how we hold. This exhibition uses the softness of textiles and the visibility of the artist’s hand in fibre art techniques to think about how to hold with care.
