The NEXT GENERATION JAZZ COLLECTIVE consists of some of the finest young jazz musicians from Vancouver Island led by multi-instrumentalist John Lee. This performance will feature arrangements and compositions of Freddie Hubbard, Cedar Walton, Wayne Shorter and Curtis Fuller that were recorded in the 60’s era of the legendary Jazz ensemble Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers.
