Event Description
Join a 4 part workshop series hosted by Eleanor Calder and Kim Kendall. This affordable workshop series is for community members of any age interested understanding what they can do locally and immediately to make a meaningful contribution to address our climate and resource crises. Too often courses about sustainability overwhelm us with the problems, but stop short of helping us identify how we can make a helpful contribution that will be meaningful and rewarding. This course will be long on solutions and short on problems.
The four sessions are: Session 1 - What does sustainability really look like? Session 2- What is getting in our way of living sustainably? Session 3 - Building a healthy economy and measuring our progress Session 4 - Enjoyable actions to start now and planning a path for ourselves Esquimalt Recreation Centre direct link is: https://esquimalt.perfectmind.com/22948/Clients/BookMe4LandingPages/CoursesLandingPage?widgetId=15f6af07-39c5-473e-b053-96653f77a406&embed=False&redirectedFromEmbededMode=False&courseId=5d8cb891-4388-4ffa-8edc-f4fa17ba6e1e
