Healing Power of Art: Helen Windsor and Amy Frank

Meet-the-Artists Reception: Friday, April 6, 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Gallery Hours: Wednesday through Sunday from 11am - 5pm

The arts in general and visual arts in particular have long been recognized as having transformative power—not only for art appreciators but also for the artists themselves. In linking art to nature and tapping into the healing energy of the natural world Helen and Amy have created a body of work that uniquely and powerfully conveys both the woundedness and the healing experiences of their lives. Subject, medium, colour and style come together to tell two fascinating stories that are both delightfully unique and deeply rooted in the universal aspects of our shared human journey.
