Devising Theatre Workshop

Join Ghost River Theatre’s Co-Artistic Director, Eric Rose and fellow devising artist Geoffrey Ewert (synesTHEATRE/Head of a Woman). During this 2-day workshop, artists will explore a variety of different creation methodologies artists can use in the development of new work. These approaches will provide alternatives to the traditional playwright-centred model of new work development, and empower the creative ensemble as a whole in the generation of narratives through physical exploration, composition, and creative response. This workshop is open to artists of all disciplines with an interest in creating adventurous performative work in an ensemble environment.
