When Chino moved to Vancouver years ago, he got his first taste of electro. With a voracious appetite for more, he was instantly hooked on electro beats and buzzing bass lines. Quickly becoming a download maniac, scavenging the online world for all the electro he could get his hands on, Chino realized this was not enough! Two CDJ's, Serato Scratch Live, and a pioneer mixer later, DJ Chi No was born! Since then Chi No has been heard killing dancefloors all over the place... No nightclub, afterhours, or rooftop is SAFE from being slammed by his heavy beats & heart pounding live sets!! Now by getting his hands wet with producing, you can expect Chi No soon to be sharing his dirty electro dreams with the world… Chi No is also the resident dj at Hush for their Monday nights with his partner in crime Soulfix... Their tag team style and in "yo face" approach to dropping bombs always has the dancefloor packed and jumping!!!

Kycker, aka Matt Cownden, started getting serious into music when he was 14 with musical theory, choir, and theatre in high school. Having learned the basics on paper, making the transition to digital music took only a little bit of homework and lots of practise. starting on a vci-300 through Serato, he quickly became flexible and sunk his fingers into Traktor, CDJs, and even the old wax. His heavy blend of hip-hop infused bass music makes any crowd jump up and down! His first shows were house parties and Renegades, but within his first 8 months he was playing at outdoor raves, sunset room, metropolis, and anywhere else you could plug in an extension cord. With mixes up and originals on the way, youre going to hear alot more from this up-and-comer. STAY TUNED!
