The Kiltlifters 10 Year Anniversary Party! It's Booked and we are ready to go! We are also releasing our new Album "The Punchline" (Buy your ticket to the queens dirty pirate party to get your copy for free!)

Saturday August 1st starting at 12:30 we Kiltlifters will rock out 10 venues in one day.....thats right....10 spots downtown Nanaimo will be tagged by our music in one day. No other band in the history of civilization has attempted something this ridiculous.

12:30 - 2 Diana Krall Plaza (Off commercial st by the Library and A-Channel) ~ Free All Ages Outdoor Performance with Guests Rude City Riot (Power-Ska)from Vancouver ~ http://www.myspace.com/rudecityriot

2 - 2:30 Bastion/Fitzwilliam Cajun Parade (Walking from D.Krall Plaza to Delicado's) ~ Street Party ~

2:30 - 4 Delicado's South (Wesley St) ~ Wraps, Pints and Tunes ~ Also featuring the dub reggae mixes of DJ Soul Survivor of CHLY's "The Late Shift"

4 - 5 The Vault (Corner of Albert St, Wallace St and Commercial St) ~ All Ages Video Release and some acoustic sheit ~

5 - 6 CHLY 101.7 (On Air) ~ Interview and Performance on the Love Cast, hosted by DJ Dave O'Rama~

6 - 645 Commercial St Craver Cruise (Headin to Red Martini Grill) ~ More Jammin Street Parade ~

645 - 8 Red Martini Grill (75 Front Street) ~ All Ages Reggae Ska Jazz Jam ~ Bring your horns and jam with us!

815 - 10 Lounge 121 (Corner of Commercial and Bastion) ~ Hangin with Phil, playin some Acoustic Stuff - 19+ ~

10 - 2 The Queens (You Know where it is!) ~ 3rd Annual Dirty Pirate Party - 19+, pirate costumes heavily encouraged~ Also featuring the musical stylings of Brandon Mason and heavy reggae beats courtesy of DJ Soul Selector of CHLY's "Rebel Music"

Last Venue is TBA......but I assume it will be at Tbones hehehe

So yah there it is. Come downtown and hang out with us. We will be the hosers pushing shopping carts with band instruments hangin outta em....oh yah Quality Foods are hooking us up with shopping carts to haul all our gear....too much fun.

Also keep a look out for the hot models from Vanilla Ally Hair Salon that will be tailing us this day..
