BLACK MONDO GRASS is one of the newest and most rocking live bands on the Vancouver scene today. An all-original band who strives to bring back the true meaning of rock 'n' roll, they deliver 70's-inflected modern hard rock that will have you shakin' your ass to their driving, bluesy tunes. With five members of varying musical backgrounds and tastes, Black Mondo Grass offers a truly original sound and experience, crafting together what is sure to be the new sound and face of rock... so hang on to your seats and get ready for the ride of a lifetime! http://www.myspace.com/blackmondograss
KUSH - With infuences that include Metallica, Led Zeppelin and Stone Temple Pilots, Kush's sound is best described as rock with a metal edge and a touch of old school punk. This intense, high energy band was founded by singer/bassist Lowell Campbell in 2006. Lead guitarist Marinos Stratoplis adds stunning guitar work while drummer Jordan Myer is working his way up to becoming one of the legends of modern drumming. The newest addition to Kush is the very talented Dave Campbell, Lowell's brother, on rhythm guitar. http://www.myspace.com/kushlived
HYBRAHMA is a band that refuses to be categorized in a single style of music. It doesn't really matter who's in the band. It doesn't matter what bands they played in before. It certainly doesn't matter how good they look. The only thing that matters is how good they sound, how hard they rock and how you've never heard music so great. http://www.myspace.com/hybrahma
The ROSE ALARM - Propelled by one of the most unique voices on today's indie music scene, The Rose Alarm are fresh off the release of their self titled debut CD. Formed in 2006, they've been hard at work compiling a collection of well-written, commercially viable rock/pop gems. Fronted by Pamela Viana and featuring Ricardo Viana on drums, Frank Sala on guitar, and Orlando Kutic on bass, this Vancouver quartet is set to take the music world by storm. http://www.myspace.com/therosealarm
