GENERATION WHO - From hungry young artists in the mid-'60s, to arena rock royalty of the '70s, The Who has constantly changed and reinvented itself. Generation Who showcase material from the legendary band's expansive catalogue and put on rousing performances on-stage. Brilliant, in top form and inspired, expect Generation Who to rock you with The Who's musical legacy!
The UNKNOWN SOLDIERS - Named after The Doors' most political song, this Doors tribute band comes amazingly close to replicating the music note for note, but more importantly they capture the raw energy through each band member's interpretation, combining to deliver a groovy reproduction of a live Doors show and keeps audiences in a head-bobbing, toe-tapping trance. Although it is hard to replicate the eccentric unpredictability that was Jim Morrison, the lead singer's Morrisonesque look, vibe & baritone voice combine with swirling organ instrumentals and the band's music to captivate and transcend time and place - allowing audiences to be transported back in time to experience a taste of live shows that are now a part of rock music mythology.
The PHONY STONES - One of Vancouver's newest Tribute bands, The Phony Stones are sure to bring pleasure to Rolling Stones fans with brilliant covers of songs from one of the most consumate Rock'n'Roll bands of all time! You can expect to hear crowd pleasing Stones obscurites & classics from the British rockers impressive catalogue and be astounded at The Rolling Stones ability to write songs that transcend the spectrums of both time and space. Long live The Rolling Stones and long live Rock 'n' Roll!
