I HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR RESPONSIBLE AND SERIOUS BAND USE, OR FOR THE USE OF A RECORDING STUDIO. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE TENANTS THAT RESPECT THE BUILDING AND THE OTHER TENANTS. I HAVE SPACES AVAILABLE FOR AS LOW AS $250.00 PLUS GST A MONTH. ALTHOUGH THE SPACE IS THEIRS AND CAN BE USED AT ANYTIME, THEY ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO PRACTISE AFTER 6:30PM DAILY.
