Vancouver Island Regional Library (VIRL) serves over 430,000 people on Vancouver Island, Haida Gwaii and the Central Coast (Bella Coola) through 39 branch libraries, our eLibrary and a books by mail service. VIRL's Cowichan Branch is located in the Island Savings Centre at 2687 James Street in Duncan.
1 public computer with high visibility keyboard. Library collections include audio books in both downloadable and CD format, as well as children's Braille. VIRL can register individuals with print disabilities for access to additional literary resources.

Rental / Usage RestrictionsOutside groups may not charge admission or sell tickets for events hosted on library premises, and may not conduct sales transactions of any kind. Food/Drinks allowed, but potluck/banquet by special request only.

Parking NotesAbundant free parking around Island Saving Centre and Cowichan Aquatic Centre
For physical events that happen at a specific time. For example a concert, or dance performance. If there are multiple shows, you can still duplicate your event to cover them all.
