Monik Nordine & Departure

Departure released their first album in November of 2010 and they have been featured in many festivals and concert series since then. Based on some of the jazz fusion experiments of the 1970's, Departure plays mainly original music written by band leader/saxophonist Monik Nordine and pianist Brent Jarvis with an ear to Keith Jarrett and Chick Corea. With Ken Lister bass, Buff Allen drums and TBA trumpet.
