One day, the planets aligned, the water became placid, and out of the fire, DJ L.A. Kendall and Adraboo arose to save the people from boredom and silence as Luxury A.K.! Their first E.P. entitled “In The Lap Of Luxury”, is due out THIS SATURDAY, April 10, 2010.LA Kendall has been a part of the Seattle Music Scene for more then a decade. More than just a DJ, she is also a vocalist, producer, promoter and more! She wears so many hats - she can fill TWO closets! Along with business partner David “D$” Richey, she has been at the helm of many of Seattle’s most prodigious Queer events both in and out of the nightclubs. As a DJ, she has rocked the decks from Seattle to the Dominican and back
again!
Adraboo started in the Seattle Theatre Scene back in 1997. She is no stranger to the stage or to your local microphone. She is a vocalist, an actress and director, a dancer, and currently, a writer. She met up with
DJ L.A. Kendall some years back and the two instantly hit it off! She has been a constant face at such events as OUT Thursdays/Fridays, HOTMESS, HARD TIMES, Seattle Pride, and regularly MC’s many events around town! You
can also find her with a camera in hand, recording all the live times experienced! And she does all this with changing hair, a big ol' chest, and laughs to boot!
