| Masturbating The War God User Info... | Has anyone else had the trouble of not getting your damage deposit back? Even though the place was cleaner(way fucking cleaner) when you left, compaired to when you moved in? We had problems with the place from day one, we put up with so much shit(literally), like when the bathroom clogged and there was shit ALL over the entire bathroom, in the shower too! YUM!!! That happened twice(we lived in a basement su), and just the condition of the house and the shitty dryer that you had to pay twice if you actually wanted dry clothes! so we all moved out, cleaned the place SPOTLESS so there would be no bitching on the LandLords part that we didn't do our part. One of my roomies parents actually paid to have the carpets shampoed(we did spill the bong a few times), and now he is saying that there is mildew and mold and fucking shit like that. BAH! the fucking people upstairs left an outside tap running, and it flooded one of the rooms, AFTER we had left, he had seen the place and said everything is fine, and agrreed to pay us full. COCKASS! Damn you David Horton, DAMN YOU TO HELL!This couldn't have happened at a worse time too, I need that money for my trip to the Netherlands which is less than 2 weeks away!! | shane | hey, go to the landlord/tenancy act and ask them what you can do...happened to me in edmonton and that's what i did and i ended up getting a portion of it back, worth a try to get some $ back for your trip, and while we're saying a big huge FUCK YOU to landlords, i'd like to send one out to debbra peaker, the landlord who loves to put tenants in jail and then give them a 24 hour notice, which obviously they won't get so that she can go into their apt. and go through everything, take what she likes, and then put the rest out in the big green garbage bin. that bitch recorded how many sounds her cat made, she stopped at 103 probably because she had learned the language of pussy and is now a higher being because of it. i'd like to throw her in jail and see how many sounds she makes while she's being humped by bubba and the gang. - Fri, 27 Sep 2002 4:10pm | ||

| Ty Stranglehold User Info... | I've been dicked by landlords in the past. the rental/tennancy board is probably your best bet. Their office is on the corner of Wharf and Fort I believe(maybe Broughton). THe last time it happened, I did get a bit more back, but they still put the gears to me. I should have seen it comming with my landlord, after all he is my grade 10 math teachers brother...Evil family. Thanks for the info on the rental tenancy board, I will be taking a trip down there asap. And my friend that I helped move today, her parent's sometimes manage apartments, they said the same thing, and they also said that a landlord has 10 days to give your damage back, by law.
