This is a collaboration (not a split) between Isis, and a band from the UK known as Aereogramme. The idea behind the "In the Fishtank" series is apparently to give bands two days to come up with whatever and it gets released by the label (Konkurrent). The pairing of the two bands seem to work very well, as the tracks seem almost to recall a very moody enviroment, rather than the more passive aggressiveness of newer Isis. There are some definate moments which scream "A Perfect Circle" especially the vocals in "Low Tide". This definately sounds way more "indie rock" in comparison. Sorta.
