Nik Olaz User Info... | I think it's really cool that Victory Records have signed some actual metal bands for once, Premonitions Of War are probably the most brutal band on their roster. Slamming fullhead into just mayhem, Left in Kowloon breaks down everything in front of it. Pummelling drums after speedy, almost oldschool/blues inspired riffing, adding in vocals that are simply so suited to the music that it's not even funny. This album's tracks take you for a ride, with one track being kind of an atmospheric/noise piece, and interrupting it again to slaughter your eardrums once more. Premonitions Of War are simply awesome. Period. I'm glad these guys are touring with Morbid Angel and Suffocation. - Sun, 14 Mar 2004 6:48pm | ||
