lily_liquor User Info... | This show blew my mind (and ears). David P Smith played a clarinet, an accordian, a keyboard..yeah he was...experimental. Not normally my bag-o-tea but very talented. Bebe and Serge were next, they were the funniest part of the evenin, demonic Captain and Tenille? They ended with a freeking Venom song!! Bob Log III...What can I say, I saw him a couple years ago and became a fan. I knew this would be good, but had forgotten just how mind-boggling this guy is. Found myself (and many other people) just gawking, thinking 'how the fuck does he DO that?!' It's just Log in his black and rhinestone jumpsuit with the motorbike helmet/telephone/mic contraption, a very powerful guitar, a couple drums, and a whackload of tequila, but nothing is missing, he is an entire band. Everyone left smiling, feeling satisfied, if not a little confused. - Tue, 11 Feb 2003 8:48pm
Trailer Park Boy Julian | You won't be disappointed if you like real raw assed r'n'r. It is amazin' how he does it all. Missed David P. Smith, but have seen him and his various projects 4-5 times in the past year, and the man is a song writing talent... can't give him enough props!! If you haven't seen him... do yourself a favour and check 'im out. Bebe and Serge weren't really my thing... I thought they were more about visual effect than actual music... just not my thing I guess. Bob 3, as I said, was fantastic, high energy, raw, and entertainin'.... - Tue, 11 Feb 2003 9:25pm

Lurker User Info... | Wow Bob Log III was amazing. That guy put on a very entertaining, fun show. Bebe & Serge were good in their own way. Ending with the Venom cover was an unexpected surprise. Not too many people out for the show tonight here in Nanaimo though. They stayed away by the thousands. Their loss. - Wed, 12 Feb 2003 2:04am
