I feel that ALL reviews have merrit - public opinion, after all is a huge part of this industry and all viewpoints are as valid as any other really. Having said that I would just like take this opportunity to thank you all very much - this many negative reviews on Live Victoria can mean only one thing..... WE'RE GOING TO BE HUGE!!!! YIPPIE!! | Elliot | I'm just wondering what constitutes a 'slag' compared to a negative review. I doubt that anyone would say that expressing one's negative thoughts on a band's performance is a bad thing... Is a slag just when they do it very bluntly and don't leave a name? If so, then yeah, that happens sometimes, but more often than not there is some valid point being made and the reviewer leaves their name, if not email address as well. As for Jeffery Sez, I'm wondering what we don't know about the music industry that makes being in it for 7 years and going no where a positive thing? He reminds me what Hardcore Logo is all about; struggling to play the music because of sheer enjoyment, regardless of the negative and/or indifferent reactions. Victoria is no different from most towns, in that playing your hometown is often the hardest, but I kinda wish all of us live.victorians would channel our frustrations into building a scene for all of us.
