WHAT AN AWESOME SHOW! I missed the first band, and the visitors (Reverend Kill) were good enough straight up death to make me pretty happy - plus most of my friends were out (& v few punks & scenesters in there for a change) PLUS all these people who I knew! I kept saying I couldn't look in any direction while talking with people and not see more people I recognized! Mostly (my favorite) death metal musicians & fans too, which is the way it should be and probably awesome for the touring band. SO STOKED they all came out!!! YAAAAAY!

Sinned slayed as usual... and what helped is that I was obnoxious enough to be right up front where I could hear everything perfectly. I really hate being up so close, but I got booted over there cuz of the pit and then got to stand behind a SECURITY guy (nice shirts guys!) so it was SO worth it. Apologies if anyone heard me growling/shrieking along, that would've sucked, but he's amazing. I used to say that I breath deeper when certain bands play and Sinned's become one of them. I mean they started getting better exponentially all of a sudden a couple years ago. I think they may be my favorite now over Zuckuss... (GASP!) ZUCKUSS!!! Never thought I'd say that. May just be because I couldn't hear properly the last couple times I saw Z... I was probably just off those nights, but Sinned haven't let up and have still got all kinds of momentum going. WHAT A KILLER BAND!

STOKED, I WANNA GO BACK AND DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN! - Sat, 25 Sep 2010 2:48pm Edited: Sat, 25 Sep 2010 2:55pm
