Mr. Hell User Info... | Thanks to all involved and to all that came out! We had a total blast last night. I hope our sound wasn't all distorted and farty like Loot's was. It's a shame they had so much processed gear in their system...that really destroyed the clarity and impact. I could hear that they are tight and sound very close to Tool though. Great crowd with lots of enthusiasm! Rotterdam were honored to perform for such intelligent people. - Sat, 2 Oct 2010 1:27pm
inhalien User Info... | Actually, I was impressed with the sound. I expected the low end to be distorted and the signal overdriven (like some shows I've been to) but it was all well balanced. I'm not going to say who sounded better but I enjoyed both shows. I thought the performances and stage presence for both bands was great and everyone I saw and talked to had a good time. I'll be going to more of their shows, had a blast. - Sun, 3 Oct 2010 3:48pm
Mr. Hell User Info... | The guitar was fudging out constantly throughout their set through no fault of Gordie, the sound guy who does excellent work. The guitarist was running his rig through a laptop before the signal was sent to the soundboard, not to mention the vast chain of pedals. Too many things to degrade the sound along the way. If no one but a few of us noticed, all the better! Overall it was a success. - Sun, 3 Oct 2010 4:22pm Edited: Sun, 3 Oct 2010 4:24pm
