Email notifications take 18 hours?

| BBJones User Info... | Is it just me or is there something wrong with the email notification service? I find they are always well delayed from when the message was actually posted. Latest example: Post made 2:25pm yesterday. I get notified of the post 8:30am today. That is about 18 hours later. I've already replied... This is not normal. - Fri, 11 Sep 2009 8:36am | ||

| BBJones User Info... | For what it's worth, I'm getting duplicates sent to me of notifications I've already received. The "sent" date on the email is within minutes of me receiving it, but the posts are days old now. And FYI, I've only ever turned on notifications on the one post is it sending me stuff for. - Mon, 14 Sep 2009 3:08pm | ||
| Sati User Info... | Ok, I think its re-sending everytime someone makes an edit to their posts, so we'll get the techs to correct that. But it'd be helpful to know if anyone else is getting their notifications after a long delay. - Thu, 17 Sep 2009 1:49pm | ||
