| QuinnS User Info... | maintained in the spring by an ex-tech of Mushroom in Vancouver... don't have the MRL tapes, unfortunately... machine is pretty old and has been in storage since the summer (when I moved to Vic) so obviously as is... but last time I used it it was fine... sounded good... transport very solid... all tracks work. - Tue, 10 Feb 2009 3:50pm | ||

| QuinnS User Info... | I'm taking my (good) tape with me... one reel of reletively shoddy stuff... you can record on it fine but a couple tracks are bad and it sheds a bit... tape is not all that expensive for lightly-used one-pass stuff from ebay and other places... ~$50 a reel... new 1" tape is about $150 a reel... you can reuse tape many, many tapes as long as you bulk erase and clean heads. - Wed, 11 Feb 2009 9:42am | ||
