sage User Info... | banez RG570 in iron pewter. Made in Japan. Has the original awesome Ibanez Floyd, not the lousier Low Pro Edge bridge. Couple of chips in the finish (standard on these guitars) and uber lame Behringer sticker on the back. Set up with flatwound .013s in drop B, but will set up with your gauge and tuning of choice. Comes with beat up Fender case that smells suspiciously of cocaine. Super fast guitar that has been a great backup to my main 6 string Ibanez, but I GASsed on a fan fretted 8 string and something has to go. $350 obo. Epiphone Goth Explorer (flat black with XII inlay) with upgraded EMG 81/85 set. Older model made in Korea, not China. Mahogany, not whatever wood they're using now. Some dings, an area on the top ridge where your arm rests where the finish has rubbed through, and silver nail polish fret marking dots so you can see where the fuck you are in the dark. This was my main guitar (hell, my only guitar) for many a year. Straight up, the install of the EMG's is really tight in the cavity (that's what she said) and the battery is pressed in there awkwardly (that's also what she said), but it all works like a charm and sounds really hot to boot. Set up with flatwound .013s in drop B, but will set up with your gauge and tuning of choice. Comes with considerably less beat up Yorkville case. $450 obo. Both are really great intermediate guitars that were meticulously selected, notoriously abused, and kept in very good operating condition, if not fabulous cosmetic shape. Sad to see either or both of them go, but you can only play one guitar at a time and these two see very little action these days as it is. - Wed, 11 May 2011 10:11pm | ||
