| thestefano User Info... | SO i have a lead on a "POSSIBLE" jam room, it is in Colwood...near Canwest mall. It would be shared with my new band. The hours are pretty awesome (5:30 PM til 2:00 AM / 7 days a week) but the price is a little more than we can afford on our own. the total is $700 per month (so $350 per band). We are looking for mature group who pay rent on time, and are not gonna destroy the room or have parties cause this spot is not that kind of jam room.
