| Anonymous User Info... |  To be considered for the City’s 2016 roster, musicians are invited to apply along with links to samples of their work by midnight on Monday, February 1. Musicians must reside in the Capital Region. Submissions will be assessed based on the musician’s or band’s broad appeal, technical expertise and talent, and will be reviewed by a team of City of Victoria staff and local music professionals. Applications for the musician roster will be accepted on an ongoing basis, however, the selection process will take place once a year. Late applications will be considered for 2017.
