S.V. | Don't know what type of music you play, but the Victoria Folk Society hosts an acoustic "folk" night, Sundays at the Norway House (7:00 pm??). I haven't been for a while so you may want to call N.H. to confirm. It usually starts with an open stage followed by scheduled performers. - Wed, 14 May 2003 2:21pm

Old Boot-resouled | James Bay Inn will no longer be having their Saturday Jams after the middle of May, or so I hear, Steamers on Mondays , and the Bent Mast in James Bay used to have one, and a place on the Gorge(the Howard Johnson) I think has been trying to get one going, and Fridays on Quadra has one started on Sunday afternoons, unfortunately none of these are all ages, Does Logans still have the Wednesday nite open mike?? - Thu, 15 May 2003 12:39am
S.V. | Pluto's also used to have an open stage. There is also the occassional "Green Sunday" happening at Little Fernwood (1923 Fernwood) these days...an afternoon of open stage for music, poetry and political rants etc. Haven't checked it out yet, but I've heard good things. Posters should be out for the next one soon or call LF. - Thu, 15 May 2003 9:52am
