My kid falls and scrapes her knee so I go over to check on her and you decide to grab my bag and run...thanks I appreciate that a lot!!!. duh sure leave my kid crying and chase after you, you rock bitch...I will see you around... I really didn't need my digital camera, I only use it to take pics of my family I really didn't need my sidekick, I'll just quickly run back to the states to replace it. I hope you like the tunes on my kids IPOD, probably not quite your taste unless you like the wiggles. Good luck with my bank card, i sure wouldn't need to get out any cash on a long weekend with a kid at home! And most of all thanks for getting my weed you BIATCH, that was the last of it too. So you did well, shit I hope you get at least an 8 ball, I paid 1200 for the camera alone! The sidekick was locked and is on an american plan, good thing theres some pretty funny numbers in that baby. The Ipod I will kiss goodbye. Cash advances on the old credit card is something I ain't gonna do EVER! I guess what gets me the most is really in a way how the social problems in Victoria really are getting a little out of hand. Last week a 8 man team of police officers with the liquor inspector cracked down on PLAN B night club, trying to sting them with over capicity (on a THURSDAY). In the end, 1000's of dollars of man power yielded not ONE FINE. Where am I going with this? Why aren't the police dealing with granny's getting mugged and cracking down on the drugs? We were in the little park on Wark and Kings, yes its a hood but my kid likes the Monkey Bars, not many left in town. XY I hear you, but i of all ain't no fool. I guess what i have come to the conclusion is we have the most rude and fucked up Junkie population in all of canada. Now I know some shit about this, no shame..I been clean since 92....when I shot heroin, I payed for it with money from selling hash, out of my home, not on the street,I never once stole anything! Since January of this year I have been travelling a lot, I have been to near every major Canadian city and usually, especially when Playin my stuff, end up in the ghetto. Every city has a "red zone" of sorts and usually the sad shit goes down there, now I'm not a fool, I've found needle wrappers in the Uplands, so drugs are in every neighbourhood. Some how thanks to this cities complete denial of a long growing problem...I call it the " hey lets do the junkie shuffle" somehow our city has literally gotten out of control....Has anyone here walked past the needle exchange at 3 am on any morning...its like a fuckin warzone. I get offered crack when I walk my daughter down the street, WTF. Our Junkie population is lacking in what I would call " street etiquette" an example...when I n Calgary I often stay at the hostel at the end of 7th in town, anyone knowing Calgary knows that is their epi-center of shit. I can sit in the park next to the hostel read a book and not so much as get asked for a smoke by their street population, so one day I got talking to a guy, obviously strung out,...he told me that everyone there knew to not hassle people from the hostel, our any tourists for that matter because the cops would bust their balls...I'm telling you this was one scary motherfucker, but he was cool, I gave him a 20 figured I saved someones CD collection. Something absolutely has to be done.......like it will happen soon, but probably in our lifetimes... this is what I would do, now I am not going to get into rehab , because thats something entirely different then this point. Legalise and control prostitution as in Amsterdam, ZERO tolerance for street prostitution. Open " coffee shops and sell amounts of less then 7 grams of weed, tax it, pay for REHAB with funds. Hard Drugs....ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE, you sell you do time!, you have a high impact presence on the street, you go to forced rehab. Doctor prescribed Heroin for Long time users. ( as in UK) So how do we make the change? goodbye ALAN LOWE, goodbye 70% of city council for that matter. Vote for Ben Issit next election. New Police Board that is not run by the Mayor; I actually think we have one of the most Liberal and straight Police chiefs around so he can stay ......so I've been thinking this for a wile...If one Canadian city, by Majority vote of its Population decided that in Unity it would simply Break or defy certain laws, could any ONE individual, or group of individuals actually be convicted....seriously,..charges would need to be laid by a local police force, A local Crown Attorney would need to proceed in a Local ( Albeit federal) court, and a local Judge would need to convict...I'd love to hear from any polisci students.....anyway thats it, I'm over it, I got a sac o weed and as I guess thats the lone monkey on my back, I'm, like I said over it.
