Message Board > General Chitchat > getting repairs |
Laprider User Info... | Ok, this always comes up and I always get asked so here goes.....first off, these are people I know and can vouch for their work. If any one is not on this lest, its not knocking them, I've never dealt with them. Guitar repairs. Dave Cahill at Olde towne/ very expensive but you get what you pay for, good for warauntee work or high end acoustic instruments. Dave pellow, my first choice since I had my store...great work, fair price...killer fret jobs.389 1930 Sonny Black, heard good things thats all I can say Roland at Guitars plus/ great guy, does some work in shop and some sent out??? Very fair and straight up. Amp repairs... in my opinion there isn't a true amp tech in this town. but Pacific Organ ( joffre st) Only place to get tubes, he does some repair stuff Rod Evans, good luck, he does know his shit though In my opninon if you want good amp work done you have to go to Van and see either Dave Vidal or Ho. Again if I've missed anyone I apologize, but thats who I deal with - Wed, 21 Feb 2007 4:03pm Edited: Thu, 22 Feb 2007 12:36am | ||
