Benthic sound | Anyone out there good at MIDI programming? Not writing music, but actually programming devices to work together? I am having limited success at setting up a Behringer FCB1010 (midi foot controller) to run my Johnson J-station (like a POD), to act as an extension for a MIDI controller keyboard (an Evolution MK249-C), and to control various components of SONAR (multitrack recording). This is primarily for a home studio, but the idea is to connect all the devices so taht once I own a laptop computer, I can take that, my keyboard, guitar, foot controller and J-station and basically be able to run a whole band from my fingers and feet to be able to duplicate my recordings in a live setting. - Mon, 6 Jan 2003 1:04pm
benthic sound | I forgot to mention: I am willing to hire someone to spend a few hours teaching me how to do this stuff. This MIDI programming makes my head hurt, and I program code for a living as it is. - Mon, 6 Jan 2003 1:09pm
