In Davey's Grip

In Davey's Grip was founded by established rock drummer Kim Urhahn in late 2004. Having recently parted ways with a band, Kim suddenly found herself writing songs and perfecting her guitar skills for the first time. She enlisted the help of some musician friends in Vancouver and soon after a demo/EP was recorded. After playing several gigs to rave reviews the band was troubled by the departure of the original bassist, drummer, and a seemingly revolving door of guitar players. In early 2006 the band re-emerged with a permanent line-up and is currently taking to the stage as much as possible and planning to tour western Canada.
