The Standing Twins

With a deep-rooted connection to country music and soul, Alberta-raised singer/songwriter Courtney Standing, began her musical journey in childhood, she participated in various country singing competitions, reaching the top 50 of Canadian Idol in Alberta. Courtney has pursued music and fine art, having a Bachelor’s degree in Painting in 2019, and in 2016 was recognized as one of RBC’s top emerging artists. Today, she performs and is focused on song-writing as well as works as a professional painter with a local gallery and tattoo artist.
