Event Description

"Parts" is an installation about parts. Parts of the investigative artistic process. Parts of commercial advertising fonts used as templates for structural forms and graphic lines. Parts of recycled cardboard and paint used to construct an idea. The viewer takes part in the environment which reflects the society they are apart of. Elements reflecting the works such as Fernand Leger, Anthony Caro, Robert Rauschenberg, Louise Nevelson, Greg Curnoe and Jaques de Mahe Villegle can be found in parts as well as influences from commercial advertising, sign painting and urban art movements. Thanx for taking part in parts.
