Spring Workshop: Deborah Tilby - April 20 & 21, 2013

Join us for this in depth workshop on oils, with focus on composition, value, temperature, intensity and colour mixing.

Location: Saanich Fairground, Stelly’s Cross Rd., Saanichton
Cost: $180 ($75 deposit due by February 28)
