Event Description

NAOMI NICE...

With over ten years behind the decks, DJ Naomi Nice has acquired a large variety of music over the years and has played most every club, pub and lounge in the city of Victoria. Self taught, she had her first DJ gig headlining at Lucky Bar after only 6 months behind the decks!

Locally, she has held residencies at Suze, Sauce, Temple/Salute, Canoe Club, The Office, and Glo. She was also the resident DJ at the Levi store on Government Street and has played as a live window display for many other clothing stores. Her recently acquired international DJ status was gained this past summer when she travelled to Spain to play at the annual festival for the Running of the Bulls. No stranger to the microphone, she was also an MC at Soprano's karaoke bar for many years.


LYSSA...

Having spent a good majority of her childhood in Mexico & being fortunate enough to be exposed to Latin culture, Lyssa has a strong desire to explore her roots in her musical selections. Depending on what mood we catch her in, and where, you can expect to hear anything from deep Chicago house to fidget & electro, to dirty driving techno!
She made Victoria her home in spring 2007. Her impressive summer appearances have kept her busy: Elevation in Kelowna, Entheos Gathering & Uprising Media Festival both in the lower mainland, & Salt Spring Island.. She never misses a chance to bust out on the dance floor as she surrounds herself with her favorites: music & dancing.


SKYLO...

"We're The Dancers"

Skylo started her dj career on the other side of the decks. A love of dancing and affair with house music became her inspiration to get behind the decks and play the down-home funk house that originally made her fall in love at first beat. Go to one of her shows and you're guaranteed sexy, funky beats that'll have you shaking that ass all night long! Always funky & sexy, sometimes dirty ... mixing Chicago House, Swing House and tech ... Skylo's still always dancing, but now behind the decks!
