Event Description

Urban Aid 2007 is an inter school benefit concert, with ticket proceeds being donated to Covenant House Vancouver http://www.covenanthousebc.org/.

The show will feature a magical melange of musical talents from the greater Vancouver area, including: Hey Ocean!, Panurge, Vancougar, The Doers, Rio Bent, RAF, Goodbye Enemy Airship (featuring Ben Short, WPGA '04), The Grammercy Riffs, and two solo artists, Roddy MacIsaac (WPGA '06) and Pernell Reichert. This is West Point Grey Academy's inaugural year in hosting such an event, and it is bound to be a success.

Tickets are available to all High School Students and guests reported before the date of the event. All guests must have proper school identification at the door, such as a GoCard. All ISA school rules will be in effect during this event.


***UPDATE: Tickets are being sold at the Starbucks in the Chapters bookstore on Granville street and Broadway this Saturday (May the 19th) from noon to 3pm. Tickets are going fast!
